Awaz Insights exists because the phone is still the most trusted way to confirm an order, chase a payment, or check in on a customer — and no business should need a bigger team just to keep up.
Text automation has a ceiling: not every customer wants to type, not every job can wait for someone to open an app, and some conversations — a payment reminder, a delivery confirmation — carry more weight said out loud. Voice is the interface businesses already trust. We’re building AI Employees that work in it directly.
Cash-on-delivery e-commerce, distributor-heavy FMCG networks, and call-center-dependent customer service are the norm here — and voice is often the only channel that reaches everyone, regardless of smartphone access or literacy. We’re building for this market first, not adapting a foreign product to fit it.
Awaz Insights is the second phase of a longer plan. It builds on the same foundation as ThinkBoost AI, our sibling company building AI Employees for text-based work, and it points toward a future phase focused on AI-powered market research — reusing the same voice-first agents in a new context.
We won’t oversell what’s live today — every page on this site is honest about what’s shipped versus what’s still in development. And we won’t build an AI Employee that replaces judgment your team should keep: our agents handle the repeatable conversation, not the decision behind it.
